Customer Journey Analysis of UNIQLO Website

As a loyal UNIQLO shopper, I’m a frequenter of UNIQLO’s online shopping website. More often than not, though, I find myself exiting the website out of frustration simply because of how difficult it was to navigate the pages and products.

Thus, I decided to conduct a customer journey analysis of the UNIQLO website based on Nielsen’s Usability Heuristics.

Datathon 2025: Green Card Data Analysis

I participated in University of Michigan’s Datathon 2025 competition, learning how to tell a story with data through Tableau and analyzing correlations to create our solution — a SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique) analysis — to alleviate bias in the green card application process.
